The company
CSPC is a technology and consulting company based in Mauritius with Swiss management.
Our focus is on AI-Native Development, Software Engineering, and the development of complex digital systems for companies in Switzerland and Europe.
We design AI architectures, connect models with corporate data and existing systems, and develop the software required to deploy these solutions securely, in a controlled manner, and productively.
We do not view Artificial Intelligence as an additional feature of existing software. For us, AI is increasingly becoming the core of modern digital systems.
Our aim is to bring together technological development, AI expertise, and a Swiss understanding of quality at a location with strong potential for further development in the coming years.
Development and Consulting from a Single Source
For us, technological projects do not begin with a specific piece of software or a specific AI model. They begin with the business process, the requirements, and the tangible value for the company. Our management and technology expertise enables us to support projects from the initial analysis and architecture through development, integration, and productive operation. This results in both traditional software solutions and modern AI-native systems, in which models, corporate knowledge, RAG, agents, tools, and existing applications are connected into a seamless architecture.
Our goal is not to implement individual technologies. We develop complete systems in which AI, software, data, and business processes work together intelligently.
Mauritius – A Location with AI Potential
For CSPC, Mauritius is far more than a nearshoring location.
We see the potential for Mauritius to develop into a significant location for Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and digital innovation in the coming years. The country has a young, multilingual talent pool, international universities, modern digital infrastructure, and a strong focus on technology-driven services. At the same time, Mauritius is geographically and economically positioned at an interesting crossroads between Europe, Africa, and Asia. These conditions create opportunities to build new technological expertise locally and deploy it internationally.
CSPC does not want to simply observe this development, but actively help shape it.
We are therefore investing specifically in AI expertise, modern development architectures, and the development of specialized technical capabilities in Mauritius. Our goal is to build a strong, long-term center of expertise for AI-Native Development and modern software engineering here. In doing so, we combine local technological expertise with Swiss quality standards and international project experience. Nearshoring remains an advantage of our location – particularly due to the small time difference with Europe and the ability to build teams flexibly.
However, our long-term focus goes further: We want to help shape Mauritius as a location for demanding AI and technology development – and play a leading role technologically.
