Compared to Eastern Europe (e.g., Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, or Romania), Mauritius offers a far more stable political environment, reliable legal frameworks, and no geopolitical tensions. The country provides a high level of planning reliability and long-term stability for investors and businesses alike.

Although geographically part of Africa, the Republic of Mauritius is economically and legally independent and clearly aligned with Western standards.

CSPC is the strategic partner of the renowned bruederlinpartner Group, taking full responsibility for all nearshoring client projects originating from the DACH region. Through this partnership, CSPC benefits from the Group’s strong market presence, extensive network, and many years of expertise in executive search, recruitment, and HR consulting.

In addition, CSPC oversees the entire internal software development of the bruederlinpartner Group and plays a key role in driving its digital transformation.

Company Leadership

The company was founded in 2024 by the Swiss entrepreneurs Mrs. C. Brüderlin and Mr. S. Brüderlin.

The original idea was to establish a dedicated software development unit for their Swiss business group in Mauritius. However, the growing demand from other Swiss client companies to relocate their IT teams to Mauritius quickly led to the decision to expand and offer professional nearshoring services through the newly established company.

Today, the Swiss entrepreneurial couple personally manages the business on site in Mauritius and is actively involved in the company’s day-to-day operations.
